Neodymium Oxide Introduction: NdzOs is a metal oxide. It is insoluble in water and soluble in acid. Neodymium oxide is mainly used as colorant of glass and ceramics, raw material of neodymium metal and raw material of ndfeb with strong magnetic. Adding 1.5%~ 2.5% nano neodymium oxide to magnesium alloy or aluminum alloy can improve the alloy's high temperature performance, air tightness and corrosion resistance, and widely used as aerospace materials. In addition, nano-yttrium aluminum garnet doped with nano-neodymium oxide produces short-wave laser beam, which is widely used in industry for welding and cutting of thin materials with thickness below 10mm. Nano neodymium oxide is also used in colouring of glass and ceramic materials as well as in rubber products and additives.

Usage

Nano Neodymium Oxide is a key raw material for manufacturing neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets. NdFeB is currently the permanent magnet material with the strongest performance in the world (its magnetic energy product is far higher than that of traditional permanent magnets), and its applications almost cover core industries such as new energy (e.g., wind turbines), industrial drives, and electronic equipment.
Nano Neodymium Oxide has special spectral absorption and emission characteristics (exerting a selective effect on light of specific wavelengths) and serves as an important additive for optical glass and laser crystals.
